Frequently Asked

Honest answers to common questions.

Where does Lumira ship?

Across Canada by tracked courier. We do not currently ship internationally.

How does payment work?

We use Interac e-Transfer exclusively. After you place your order, we send an e-Transfer request to your email. You accept it through your banking app. See our How to Order guide for the full process.

How long does shipping take?

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Most Canadian addresses receive their order within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed upon dispatch.

Can I see a certificate of analysis?

Yes — for every product, every lot. COAs are available on request. Email us at hello@lumiralabs.co with the product name.

What purity standard do you use?

All Lumira compounds are tested to ≥99% purity by HPLC at a third-party laboratory we do not own or control.

How is product packaged?

All vials ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents. Cold-sensitive products ship with insulation and cold-pack appropriate to season.

Do I need an account to order?

No account is required. Your email address is sufficient to receive your order confirmation, e-Transfer request, and tracking number.

What is the shelf life of a reconstituted vial?

Most peptides remain stable for 28–30 days when reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and stored at 2–8°C. See our Reconstitution Guide for details.

Are these products safe for human use?

Lumira products are sold strictly for research purposes and are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. All products are labelled “For Research Use Only.”

Can I order for a clinic or research institution?

Yes. Write to us at hello@lumiralabs.co to discuss volume pricing and institutional arrangements.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Write to us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of the packaging and the affected vial. We will replace it. No lengthy process.

I’m new to peptides — where should I start?

Read our Standards page, then our Reconstitution Guide. If you have a specific compound in mind, write to us — we are happy to walk through the literature with you before you order.
