Lumira operates on a straightforward order process built around Interac e-Transfer. No stored card data, no automated systems. Here is exactly how it works.

Browse and add to cart

Select the compounds you need from the catalog. Every product page includes the CAS number, purity specification, and full technical details. Add items to your cart — there is no account required.

Submit your order at checkout

Proceed to checkout and enter your email and shipping address. No credit card is entered at this stage. Submitting creates your order and sends a confirmation email with your order ID.

Payment is handled separately — not at checkout

We send you an e-Transfer request

Within a few hours of receiving your order, we send an Interac e-Transfer request to the email address you provided. The request will show the exact order total with your order ID in the message field.

Accept the transfer in your banking app

Open your bank’s app or website and accept the e-Transfer request. Funds transfer instantly. If you do not see the request within 24 hours, check your spam folder or write to us.

We pack and dispatch

Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed the same or next business day. Vials are insulated and shipped in plain unbranded packaging with a tracked label. Tracking number sent by email.
