Where we ship

Lumira ships to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.

Carriers and timing

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Most Canadian addresses receive orders within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed upon dispatch.

Cold-chain packaging

All peptide vials ship cold, packed with an appropriate cold-pack and insulated packaging sized to transit time and season.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no Lumira branding on the exterior.

If something goes wrong

If a vial arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph. We will replace it. No lengthy process.
