Welcome to Lumira Labs. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lumiralabs.co and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 19 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to use this site or purchase any product. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis, or prevention of any condition.
All products sold by Lumira Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not dietary supplements, drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals. They are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any equivalent body for human or animal use.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all products purchased. Lumira Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding suitability for any purpose beyond qualified, controlled laboratory research.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable GST or HST is calculated at checkout based on the shipping province.
Accepted payment methods are Interac e‑Transfer and USDC (Solana). Credit card processing is available by request and may incur additional fees. We do not retain payment card details on our servers.
Orders are confirmed when payment is received in full. Lumira Labs reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, regulatory concern, or shipping restriction.
We ship Canada-wide using tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate — we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Once a package leaves our facility, Lumira Labs is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory authorities. Customers are responsible for compliance with the laws of their province or territory regarding the importation and possession of research peptides.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lumiralabs.co within 10 business days of delivery, including your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Approved cases may receive replacement product or a refund at our discretion. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full detail.
All site content — including but not limited to the Lumira Labs name, mark, photography, product descriptions, packaging design, and written editorial — is the property of Lumira Labs and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of it without prior written permission.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira Labs and its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product or service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lumira Labs and its principals, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Lumira Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
