Enter the amount of peptide in your vial and how much bacteriostatic water you plan to add. We do the math: concentration, syringe units, dose volumes, and how many doses the vial yields.
Each lyophilized peptide vial contains a fixed mass of peptide. Concentration is created the moment you add bacteriostatic water — your choice of water volume determines the concentration.
Step 1. Enter the peptide amount printed on the vial (or pick a preset from the dropdown).
Step 2. Enter the volume of bacteriostatic water you intend to add. A common starting choice is 2 mL for a 10 mg vial, giving 5 mg/mL.
Step 3. The calculator shows your concentration in mg/mL. Enter your target dose in milligrams and we’ll show you exactly how many syringe units to draw on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
