At Lumira Labs we take real care with everything we ship. Because of the nature of research peptides, however, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This policy protects the integrity of the product and ensures every customer receives material that has been handled, stored, and transported only under our direct control.
We will make it right if your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with the wrong product shipped. Please contact us within 10 business days of delivery at hello@lumiralabs.co with:
We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or a partial or full refund. Defective products may need to be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they have shipped. Once tracking has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Lumira Labs is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or destruction caused by carriers, customs, or other regulatory authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring that research peptides are permitted in their province or territory.
